What are the Rights of Eligible Consumers?
As per the decision of the Electricity Market Regulation Authority, the eligible consumer limit is determined as 950 kWh and above for 2024.
Eligible consumers are natural and legal persons that consume electricity over the limit designated by EMRA each year. These consumers have the right to purchase electricity from any suppliers they want.
