What To Do Before Visiting Service Points?

- Please make an appointment for your requests to avoid waiting queues at our service points.
- As per the circular issued by the Ministry of Interior, only customers wearing a face mask shall be allowed in our service points. Please put on your face mask before you visit our Service Points.
- Please kindly get an HES Code (Hayat Eve Sığar – Life Fits Into Home) before you visit our Service Points.

How to Get an HES Code?

- Via Hayat Eve Sığar (Life Fits Into Home) Application (iOS and Android)


- By sending a text message to 2023;

Type HES, your Turkish Republic ID number, last 4 digits of the serial number of your Turkish Republic ID Card, and sharing time (in days) ensuring that there is a single space between all,

For people with a Blue Card or with Turkish Republic ID card starting with 97, 98, 99, by sending a text message to 2023 starting with HES and then Turkish Republic ID number, year of birth, and sharing time (in days), ensuring that there is a single space between all,

For people who do not have a Turkish Republic ID card or foreigners’ ID (starting with 97, 98, 99) with passport information, by sending a text message to 2023 starting with HES and then your Nationality, the Serial Number of your Passport, year of birth, and Surname, ensuring that there is a single space between all,şluk bırakarak sırasıyla; Uyruk, Pasaport Seri Numarası, Doğum yılı, Soyadı yazarak 2023'e SMS göndererek,

HES Code for children under the age of 18 can be generated via e-Government.

HES Code for children under the age of 18 can be generated via Hayat Eve Sığar (Life Fits Into Home) application, e-Government Gate and by a text message.

For those who are under isolation, the end of the isolation period can be followed via Hayat Eve Sığar (Life Fits Into Home) application or by sending a text message to 2023 by typing KALANSURE "HESKODU".
