You can make your request for deactivation in 14 days following your application date.

With your request to terminate your subscription, the supplier company in duty shall reach to your address to get the last usage indexes on your electricity meter and carry out termination processes. Following the last index and physical deactivation / sealing procedures, the obtained indexes shall be forwarded to the supplier company in duty in order to issue the closing bill. Supplier company in duty shall deduct the amount of the issued closing bill from the security deposit you had paid and transfer the remaining amount to your party through the refund channel of your preference.
