It is easy to complete your Enerjisa subscription process with these steps if you are moving!

Please remember to write down and bring your utility number / singular code

or meter's serial number for your previous and new addresses. (An electricity bill will also suffice. If you are a tenant, please contact your landlord. They can inform you by looking at the printed bill or electronic bill sent through text messages / e-mails.)

Prepare the required documents mentioned in the below situations that applies to you in order to rapidly and smoothly complete your application.
If no active electricity contract/subscription exists at the location you want to transfer a subscription;
  • Utility Number - Singular Code / Meter Barcode Serial Number / An old bill belonging to the location of subscription for your previous and new address
  • Valid ID
    It will be checked only to verify; and then returned.
  • Ownership information.
    If you are a Tenant, Name, Surname / Title of the property owner
    If a real person T.R. ID number; if a company Tax Number shall also be submitted.
  • If the real / legal person to carry out the procedure is different, originals of Power of Attorney / Circular of Signature depending on the situation.
  • An ongoing TCIP (Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool) Policy Number
    As per the Law no. 6305 on Catastrophe Insurances, you have to have a Mandatory Earthquake Insurance to complete your subscription procedures. If you do not have a Mandatory Earthquake Insurance, you can take out the insurance from any insurance company of your preference. If you have a TCIP policy and you do not know your policy number, please call Alo DASK Call Centre on 125 to find out. Tenants can also ask this number to their property owners. If you do not have a valid DASK policy, you can get your DASK compulsory earthquake insurance via the Sigortayeri website within the scope of our cooperation by going to the Enerjisa Transaction Center.

  • Security Deposit
    The amount of the security deposit can be reflected on your first and second bills in two equal installments or you can pay it in cash at once.

    If you have all the required information, you can carry out your process through the channel of your preference!

  • If you want to proceed via the Call Centre, please call 444 4 372
  • Inform our Customer Service Representative or 444 4 372 of your current account number (IBAN) in your own name so that we can refund you the security deposit of the house you have left.
If an active electricity contract/subscription exists at the location you want to transfer a subscription;
  • Utility Number - Singular Code / Meter Barcode Number / A previous bill belonging to the location of subscription
  • Valid ID
    It will be checked only to verify; and then returned.
  • Ownership information.
    If you are a Tenant, Name, Surname / Title of the property owner
    If a real person T.R. ID number; if a company Tax Number shall be submitted.
  • If the real / legal person to carry out the procedure is different, Power of Attorney / Circular of Signature / Certificate of Inheritance depending on the situation
  • Document proving tenancy
    Originals and copies of Lease contract or Property Deed should be submitted together.
  • An ongoing TCIP (Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool) Policy Number

  • Occupancy Permit
    - If building license was obtained before 12.10.2004; occupancy permit will not be required since building license and the condition to be constructed accordingly will not be required.
    - If building license was obtained before 2008; for buildings constructed between 12.10.2004-09.07.2008, electricity can be connected temporarily until occupancy permit is obtained, provided that one of the infrastructure services is documented to be available (road, water, electricity, telephone, natural gas) and technical requirements are met.
    - If building license was obtained after 2008; it is mandatory to obtain an occupancy permit, if there is a building license obtained after 09.07.2008.

Select the Enerjisa Service Point of your preference.

You can complete subscription / termination processes from all Enerjisa Service Points. Moreover, if you have all the required documents, you can carry out both subscription and termination processes at the same time.

If you wish, you can give the deactivation order for your previous house up to 14 days following your application to Enerjisa.

Please contact Enerjisa Online Services Centre, visit Enerjisa Mobile application or call 444 4 372 to make an appointment and avoid waiting the line for the procedures to be initiated at our service points.

Once you choose the most convenient day and time for you, your appointment information will be sent to you via text message or e-mail.

Please remember to arrive at Enerjisa Service Points 10 minutes before your appointment and get your appointment ticket from the q-matics!

For us to refund your security deposit for your previous address, please provide us a checking account number in your name (IBAN) via our Customer Service Representative or on 444 4 372.

We will notify you with a text message when your electricity is activated.
