Billing Information

Your electricity bill is issued within 25 to 35 days and delivered to your party. The due dates of the bills delivered are 10 days following the billing date and written on the bills.

How can I pay my bill?

If you are delivered your bill;

Online Channels
You do not need to visit any payment points. You can pay your bills via Online Services Centre, Enerjisa Mobile, Payment Link and e-Government.

Contracted Banks & PTT
If you lose your bill;
Please contact our Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 to find out your bill amount with the 10-digit Contract Account No. given on your previous bills.
If you haven't received your bill;

Please contact our Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 to inform us about the index values on your meter and have your bill issued.

  • If your meter is electronic;
  • If your bill is mechanic;

If you cannot access the index values, please contact our call centre to request meter reading.

If you haven't received bill, please contact our Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 to update your information and give consent for an e-archive bill; so, you can be delivered your bill via a text message or an e-mail.
