Business Continuity Policy

The purpose of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Policy is to establish Enerjisa’s commitment to creating and continuously improving a BCM culture in line with the ISO 22301:2019 standard and other global best practices, with the aim of safeguarding the well-being of employees, stakeholders, shareholders, customers, visitors, and business partners.

Enerjisa also commits to maintaining its services and products at predefined acceptable levels following any incident that causes business disruption.

In this context, Enerjisa ensures the following principles:

• To establish a sustainable BCM environment and culture within the organization,
• To enhance organizational resilience through effective response plans that consider and protect stakeholders’ interests,
• To implement necessary controls to reduce the risk and duration of disruptions,
• To ensure collaboration among relevant departments and minimize the impact of disruptive events on the organization,
• To define appropriate business continuity objectives and solutions for critical processes and services that enable the successful execution of corporate strategy,
• To ensure that all BCM activities are carried out and implemented in alignment with evolving business needs and in a manner appropriate to the organization’s size, scope, and nature,
• To ensure that all information related to business continuity is documented within BCM documentation and kept up to date,
• To increase BCM awareness across Enerjisa through training, communication, and scenario-based simulations,,
• To ensure the continuous improvement of BCM plans,
• To manage crisis response processes under the guidance of the Crisis Management Team and within the framework of Business Continuity plans in the event of major disruptions, incidents, disasters, and/or catastrophic situations across Enerjisa.
