The transfer of the shares of Enerjisa Toroslar Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. to Enerjisa was completed on September 30, 2013 once the shares transfer agreement was signed.
Significant investments are made to improve the customer services, in particular, and upgrade the existing systems of Enerjisa Toroslar Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş., which serves over 3.7 million customers including houses and businesses in the Toroslar Region (Adana, Mersin, Gaziantep, Hatay, Osmaniye and Kilis).
With the strength we gain from our main shareholders, Sabancı and E.ON, we are the guarantee of power supply for our customers. As the biggest investor in power supply in our country with our investments of millions of Turkish Liras, we will always meet the energy of today and tomorrow.
