Do you have any practices related to people with disabilities as part of accessibility? How can customers with disabilities carry out their procedures?
In line with the awareness on the challenges that customers with disabilities have to face every day and the Equal Access Practices that we launched with the goal to achieve “Equal Access For All”, we design our services provided via our physical and digital channels so that our customers with disabilities can easily complete their procedures.

Accordingly, our customers with disabilities can visit one of our Barrier-Free Service Points or our digital channels, or call our Call Center at 444 4 372 to complete all their procedures easily and quickly, such as accessing invoices and initiating subscriptions.
