What are your Equal Access services? How can we benefit from them?
For customers with hearing impairment;

- We have customer representatives who speak sign language at all Enerjisa Customer Service Centers. You can carry out all your transactions easily with the assistance of our employees.

For customers with visual impairments and disabilities;

- You can access important documents including contracts and invoices in embossed writing (Braille alphabet).

- You can contact our Call Center at 444 4 372 and request to listen to your invoices with voice narration as well as to get a printed or digital copy.

- You can carry out all your electricity related procedures online through a 100% voice simulation technology via the Blindlook website.

- In order for all our customers to access the services more comfortably, easily accessible 11 Enerjisa Customer Service Centers were renovated and the physical conditions of these centers were improved. Thanks to the improvements, including disabled ramps, tactile surfaces from the entrance, you can now complete your procedures easily.

For customers with physical disabilities;

- You can be provided service at the customized waiting and transaction areas at our Enerjisa Customer Service Centers, which are equipped with user-friendly queue machines, disabled ramps and wheelchairs.

- You can ask for assistance from our employees by using the Emergency Call Button located at the entrance of our Enerjisa Customer Service Centers.

For our customers with kids;

- You can meet the needs of your children comfortably in the 'Mother’s Room' in our Enerjisa Customer Service Centers. The mother's room is equipped with the necessary tools for you to take care of your baby, such as baby care table, an armchair, and a sink.
