Our Barrier-Free Service Points

The barrier-free services that we have initiated to offer at 11 Enerjisa Customer Service Centers allow our customers with disabilities have priority in all their transactions and complete them quickly.

We believe in the significance of removing the barriers and becoming accessible for all our customers with disabilities by offering Equal Access to everyone via our barrier-free services. Thus, we remove the barriers at our customer service centers for our customers with hearing impairment via our call center representatives who know sign language, for our customers with visual impairments via floor reliefs and contrasting paintings on the walls, and for our customers with physical disabilities via disability-friendly jet kiosks, disability-friendly ramps, call buttons, wheelchairs and wheelchair-friendly WCs.

Moreover, we have designed "Mothers' Rooms" that have the required equipment for our clients with children to take care of their kids comfortably.

At Enerjisa, we have the goal to launch all of these services at our other service points as soon as possible and ease the lives of more of our clients.
