2012
On September 12, 2012, Enerjisa Electricity Retail Trading Co. was incorporated upon its registration at Ankara Trade Registry Office. Our company was granted with the Retail Sale License no. EPS/4195-6/2494 upon the Energy Market Regulatory Board’s decision no. 4194-6 dated 20.12.2012. Separation of retail sales activities through partial spin-off performed under the scope of the Principles and Procedures for Legal Separation of Distribution and Retail Sales Activities was registered on the date of 31.12.2012.
2013
The retail trading and retail services activities were started in the region covering the provinces of Ankara, Zonguldak, Bartın, Karabük, Kırıkkale, Çankırı, and Kastamonu (“Başkent Distribution Region”) as of 01.01.2013.
