The transfer of the shares of Enerjisa Istanbul Anadolu Yakası Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. to Enerjisa was completed on July 31, 2013 once the shares transfer agreement was signed.

With the integration process initiated before the transfer date, the transfer was successfully completed with no adverse impacts on the operational and financial performances.

Investments are made to improve the customer services, in particular, and upgrade the existing systems of Enerjisa Istanbul Anadolu Yakası Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş., which serves over 2.5 million customers including houses and businesses in the Istanbul Anatolian Side.

Enerjisa Istanbul Anadolu Yakası Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. was assigned to provide electricity retail services to non-eligible consumers, eligible consumers who do not claim their rights and eligible consumers as the last resource suppliers within its region in return for the retail tariff subject to regulation by Energy Market Regulatory Authority. Furthermore, the company supplies electric energy to eligible consumers in the region, conditions of which are completely subject to the market conditions, through bilateral agreements.
