How can we get our letter of guarantee back?

If the security deposit has been collected as a bank's letter of guarantee, the letter of guarantee is returned to the consumer as of the date of termination or end of the contractor or the date of installation of the prepaid meter, provided that the consumer has paid all their debts to the supplier company in duty. The letter of guarantee cannot be returned unless these conditions are met.
