I cancelled my automatic payment order but it still appears on your systems, what should I do?
Definition and cancellation procedures for an automatic payment order are conducted by the related banks. However, if the cancellation has not yet been processed in our system despite your bank procedures are completed, please request the cancellation of your order defined in the system via our Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 or by visiting the nearest service point. A procedure to cancel the existing order will be followed through the system after the required inspections. Please contact us via our Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 for further details.
