The daily average consumption limit for residential subscribers were announced to be 8 kWh. However, my invoice for February was calculated considering 7kWh for daily average consumption limit? Will there be a retrospective adjustment?

In accordance with the decision of EMRA dated 28.02.2022, the average daily consumption limit of 8 kWh is valid for invoices issued as from 01.03.2022. Therefore, no adjustments/refunds will be applied for the invoices issued before 01.03.2022.
