I am an eligible consumer of Enerjisa. How can I get my refund for the security deposit?
You can get your refund for the updated Security Deposit, if any, after you have paid all your debts as part of your terminated Retail Contract within 5 business days as of the end date of your contract from our service points or according to the payment methods you demand such as by mail or bank transfer. Please visit the nearest service point or call our Call Centre on 444 4 372 for your refund requests for the security deposits. The refund will be transferred to the IBAN of the checking account in your name which you specify during your application within 5 business days following the end date of your contract.
