How can I object to my previous bill?
According to Consumer Services Regulation, your right to object to your bills is reserved for 1 year following the date of payment notification delivered to your party. Please contact us through our Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 or our service points for your bill objections. You can also file your request by filling out an objection form through Online Service Centre or Enerjisa Mobile application.
