How Can I Get My Bill?

• If you are getting a Paper Bill;
Your paper bill is printed as soon as the dispatchers read your meter and left for you in your mailbox. If you do not have a mailbox, dispatchers leave your bill over your meter.

• If you are getting a Digital Bill;
Your digital bill will be delivered to you by a text message and/or e-mail, depending on your preferences, once your meter is read. If you have not received your digital bill, please contact our Call Center at 444 4 372 to check/update your contact information.

How do I switch to digital billing?
If you would like to get your bills delivered to you digitally, regardless of where you are and without it being lost, please use our Enerjisa Mobile app, visit Enerjisa Online Services Centre or contact our Call Center at 444 4 372 to request switching to digital billing.

• If you are getting e-invoices;
An e-invoice is issued and sent electronically to the taxpaying businesses which prefer to use e-invoicing. An e-invoice is not printed but sent and received via the servers of the Revenue Administration. You may contact your accounting department/company for an image of your bill if you are an e-invoice preferring taxpayer.

Moreover, regardless of your billing type, follow the steps below to view your latest invoice and previous invoices from Enerjisa Mobile application or Online Services Center. If you have not signed up for these channels, all you need is a few more minutes to create an account.
