Eşarj, a subsidiary of Enerjisa Enerji, the leading electricity distribution, retail and customer solutions company in Türkiye which pioneers the energy transformation in the country, is the first company with the highest number of fast charging stations nationwide and reached its 1,000-station target in 81 cities in 2023. Proceeding on its way with the aim of excellence in customer experience in 2024, Eşarj continues to increase the number of its charging stations as well as steaming ahead with its operations to offer the best experience to its customers.

Eşarj: The most experienced and innovative company in the sector

Established in 2008 as the first EV charging operator in Türkiye, Eşarj has continued to improve its operations since the day it was founded by listening to the feedback of customers and conducting field surveys. Announcing ‘Deşarj’ as the first and only company that carries experience from the charging station to the resting areas, Eşarj previously surprised its customers with exclusive and complimentary services such as children playground, TV, coffee machine and Internet connection.

Known as the company of the firsts, Eşarj continues to stand out with its ground-breaking innovations in the sector in customer services as well. The company breaks new ground in the sector once again by offering video call support via WhatsApp to instantly resolve any problems encountered by its customers at its charging stations. This service receives the thumbs up from the customers by providing a solution in the shortest time possible when the customers are by any charging station.

, “As the EV charging sector has a very dynamic and competitive atmosphere, we are motivated to continuously improve our operations and realize new targets. Although EV stations are not as common as gas stations, we hit the top in Europe in the number of charging stations per vehicle. It is crucial to provide the fastest and perfect customer experience to encourage drivers.

EV drivers can charge their vehicles when they find any socket among over 23,000 sockets across Türkiye regardless of the company. However, we are proud to have made a great achievement in the industry in which achieving customer loyalty is so challenging and competition is increasing every day by raising our loyalty rate from 26 percent to 33 percent. In other words, one of every three Ev drivers prefers Eşarj only.

Our customer satisfaction score is 97 percent thanks to us prioritizing fast stations in our investments, shortening the charging time, our excellent experience approach which we support by Deşarj point and now with a video call center by each station. We will continue to increase our Eşarj station numbers, but we will always prioritize customer experience while doing so.


Eşarj is not at Oksijen facilities!

Having been commissioned at the Oksijen facilities on Izmir-Istanbul Highway lately, Eşarj stations are now providing services on two separate Oksijen facilities at both directions, i.e., O135 Karacabey and O37 Orhangazi (Istanbul-Izmir/Izmir-Istanbul). Eşarj users are able to charge their vehicles in a fast and efficient manner via a total of 8 DC charging devices located at this strategic point with a power range of 360, 180 and 90 kW. Thanks to this advanced technology provided by Eşarj, users are now able to have a continuous driving experience on their long journeys.
