As part of the Sabancı Youth Mobilization launched by Sabancı Holding with the vision of transforming brain drain into brain power, Enerjisa Enerji, which provides support to young people in terms of innovation and access to technology, hosts university students at its Customer Services Center, standing out with its digitally equipped, interactive Energy Tunnel in Söğütözü, Ankara.
As part of the Sabancı Youth Mobilization launched by Sabancı Holding with the vision of transforming brain drain into brain power, Enerjisa Enerji, which provides support to young people in terms of innovation and access to technology, hosts university students at its Customer Services Center, standing out with its digitally equipped, interactive Energy Tunnel in Söğütözü, Ankara.
Pioneered by the Sabancı Group, the Sabancı Youth Mobilization develops projects to contribute to society by harnessing the mobilization spirit of the affiliated companies of Sabancı Holding. This initiative was established to uncover the innovation and entrepreneurship potential of university students. Positioning itself at the core of digital transformation and innovation practices in the energy industry and providing support to numerous entrepreneurs over the past several years, Enerjisa Enerji executed one of the programs within this framework.
The goal is to transform brain drain into brain power
Enerjisa Enerji brought together 750 students from 88 different universities as part of the Sabancı Youth Mobilization and set out to a widespread learning and development journey. The purpose of the program, which will expand and continue in 2025, is to raise awareness of young people on career opportunities in the energy industry by focusing on digital transformation and innovative practices in this field. The ultimate objective of the program is to transform brain drain into brain power by inspiring youth, who are invaluable to our country.
As part of the program, 7 separate sessions were held in 2024, and striking information was provided to the participants from various universities on various issues, including the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, the latest trends in the energy industry and digital transformation solutions. The content of the training sessions regarding innovation and entrepreneurship covered various approaches, such as customer orientation, design-oriented thinking and open innovation and was designed to lay the foundations of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The content focused on the impact of technological advancements, including productive AI, e-mobility, and sustainable energy technologies, which represent emerging trends within the entrepreneurial ecosystem and highlighted the role of innovation in driving economic growth, fostering the development of new markets, and generating employment opportunities.
Söğütözü Customer Services Center Transformed into a Technology and Impact Center
The customer services center of Enerjisa Enerji, which was launched with a novel concept in Söğütözü, Ankara, hosted the program. Standing out with technology and innovation, Söğütözü Customer Services Center, which was designed and launched with a particular focus on sustainability, has been granted a new title, ‘Technology and Impact Center.’ The center, featuring inspiring areas such as the energy tunnel, has evolved into a hub where young people can gain an in-depth understanding of the industry while also advancing their projects through innovation and entrepreneurship training programs.
A total of 750 students from 88 universities participated in an intensive training program at the Technology and Impact Center, where they enhanced their industry-specific knowledge and experience while also developing their individual projects.

The mobilization meeting, in which university students, Sabancı Holding and Enerjisa Enerji came together, was also attended by entrepreneurs previously supported by NAR and IVME, the technology and innovation programs of Enerjisa Enerji. During the event organized by a prominent social network, which enabled students to connect with professionals and gain insights from their experiences, Murat Pınar, CEO of Enerjisa Enerji, stated, "To excel in technology and innovation that will elevate our country on the global arena, it is essential not only to keep pace with current trends but also to retain the ideas and talents that will define our future within our borders. We encourage young individuals of this nation to assess their capabilities within our country. They are the driving force for the essential transformation of our country with their innovative ideas and energy. Preventing brain drain and ensuring that our youth assess their potential within our country’s borders is not only a social issue, but also a critical step in achieving our sustainable development goals.

The NAR Program, on the other hand, ensures creative ideas developed by Enerjisa employees get investments and become commercialized. These programs, which have contributed to the success of over 10 startups thus far, continue enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing financial assistance, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities. Furthermore, the recently launched Employee Inventions program resulted in patent and utility model applications for three projects as part of the intellectual property rights.
This project, a crucial component of the future investment strategy of Enerjisa, highlights the significance of digital transformation within the energy industry and encourages young individuals to engage actively in this endeavor.
