Senior Level Assignments at Enerjisa Enerji Leadership Team

As the leading company in Turkey in electricity distribution and retail sector, Enerjisa Enerji re-evaluated its organisational structure to include ‘Sustainability and Corporate Competencies Department’ in line with its vision of creating long-term value and shaping the energy world of the future, as well as the ‘Human and Culture Department’ in line with its vision of human-orientation and keeping pace with the future; and new assignments were announced for these new departments.

As the leading actor in the electricity distribution and retail sector operating under the partnership of Sabancı Holding and E.ON, Enerjisa Enerji has built the functions of “Sustainability and Corporate Competencies Department” in line with its vision of creating long-term value and leading the energy world of the future, as well as “Human and Culture Department” in line with its vision of human-orientation and keeping pace with the future.

With the purpose of ensuring a strategic and integrated approach in the areas of Corporate Sustainability, Customer Orientation, Occupational Health & Safety and Communication, creating maximum sustainable value for all its stakeholders and achieving effective communication, Enerjisa Enerji has built “Sustainability and Corporate Competencies Department” through a new organisational structuring. Ebru Taşçıoğlu, who previously held office as the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs of Enerjisa Distribution Companies, is assigned to the position of Head of Sustainability and Corporate Competencies Department. Taşçıoğlu started her career at Enerjisa in 2010 and has taken office as a senior executive and an executive board member in Human Resources departments of Enerjisa Retail and Distribution Companies since 2012.

In line with Enerjisa Enerji’s vision of human-orientation and keeping pace with the future, the current Human Resources and Corporate Competencies structure was reviewed with the purpose of developing the cultural structure that would comply with the business manners of the future and next generation practices and creating strategic competitive advantage; hence, “Human and Culture Department” function was built. Yakup Aydilek is appointed as the Head of Human and Culture Department, who had taken office as a senior executive in the areas of Operation, Channel Management and Regulation in the retail companies of Enerjisa Enerji since 2010.

Regarding the new organisational structure and assignments, Murat Pınar, Enerjisa Enerji CEO, stated: “At Enerjisa Enerji, we constructed the vision of becoming the leader in the new energy world by focusing on sustainability and technology.
