Household saving of 1 % electricity consumption provide about saving 130 Million TL added value.

Enerjisa has started energy saving movement with its campaign 'Protect Your Energy'. Enerjisa CEO Kıvanç Zaimler stated that 50% of the population does not consider energy saving on their agenda and stated "We would like to create a permanent behavioral change in the society about this issue".

Enerjisa, taking action for a sustainable world and a better energy future, has launched the saving campaign with the slogan "Protect your Energy" to encourage the most efficient use of energy resources. The movement, which will be started at the households, aims to provide energy saving and to improve consumption behavior and throughout the country.

Speaking about the campaign, Enerjisa CEO Kıvanç Zaimler said that for a sustainable future they will continue to diversify their operations with an increasing momentum for the benefit of both the country and the households. In his speech, Zaimler emphasized the fact that conscious management of energy efficiency will support Turkey's growth and development. He continued "As Enerjisa, we aim to be a loadstar in energy efficiency, which is one of the most important issues in Turkey, with the knowledge and the sense of responsibility. On the path we have gone through with this approach, we have investigated the studies done by independent companies. According to the results of the studies, 50 percent of our people do not have electricity saving habits on their agenda. The other half wants take steps about savings but does not know exactly what to do. Yet, household saving of 1 % electricity consumption, meaning 600 thousand megawatt hour saving, provide about saving 130 Million TL added value. We aim to create a permanent behavioral change in our society by starting from all these facts. "


Zaimler said that they believed that energy saving would start from households and stated that starting the 'Protect Your Energy' movement will assign all individuals in Turkey to be more responsible in this matter. Underlining that there are many ways to save energy in every moment of our lives, Zaimler continued: "We are on our way to tell our people what they can do about saving. The most precious heritage we can leave for the future generations is a more livable world and prosperous days. We know that prosperous days require energy. "
