ENERJİSA WON 3 AWARDS IN 2012 BRANDON HALL EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Enerjisa won 3 silver awards in the categories of “The Best Leadership Development Program” and “The Best Competency and Talent Development Program” within “2012 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards” held by Brandon Hall Group which is recognized as the most prestigious institutions of the world for its experience in internal training and development areas.

Having adopted the mission of making difference-creating projects come true as the leader of the Turkey electricity market with its most competent employees, Enerjisa has created a difference at the international area with its investments in the human resources owing to this mission.

Enerjisa won 3 silver awards in “2012 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards” in the category of “The Best Leadership Development Program” with its T.E.A.M. andYOUNG ENERGY applications and in the category of “The Best Competency and Talent Development Program” with its YOUNG ENERGY application.

Among the corporations which were awarded awards in the organization the 14th of which was held this year were global giants such as Microsoft, British Airways, IBM, HP, PWC, Shell, McDonald’s, KPMG, Abbott, and PepsiCo. Enerjisa drew attention as the only Turkish brand in the categories where it won awards.

Also having won the Investment in Human Resources Award in the Sabancı Golden Collar Awards held by the Sabancı Holding among the group companies in May this year, Enerjisa won great appreciation for the importance it has been giving to the human resources.

In the T.E.A.M. application which is a development program covering all Mid-Level Managers working in the companies of Enerjisa, managers attended various training courses for their personal and managerial development.

The T.E.A.M. application, which targets to raise the competencies of our mid-level managers to higher levels in terms of awareness, visionariness and leadership, has won silver award in the category of “The Best Leadership Development Program” of 2012 Brand Hall Awards.
