Enerjisa Policy on Protection of Personal Data
Protecting and securing personal data regulated as a constitutional right is important in terms of fundamental rights and freedoms. We are aware of our responsibilities and we attach great importance to the safe use of your personal data. Your personal data you share with us is protected in accordance with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data no. 6698 ("LPPD") and the use of this information in compliance with LPPD is one of our most important priorities. Therefore we would like to to explain you the process of processing personal data and your rights in this regard in more details.
Pursuant to LPPD, your personal data will be; processed, saved, stored, updated and shared with third parties where permitted by regulation, within the sole frame stated below.

Your personal data, which you have provided in verbal, written and / or electronic media, under contract ("Agreement") and contract negotiations you have made with Enerjisa solely for the supply of electricity, will be processed. Your personal data you have provided will be used; to provide services within the scope of the contract and to increase the quality of these services and to perform activities related with the sales and marketing activities of the company and to comply with the information storage, reporting and informing obligations, in particular the electricity market regulation and related regulations and activities envisaged and / or exempted by public authorities. We will also be able to use your personal data to increase the quality of the services we offer you, as well as for profiling / segmentation studies for sales and marketing activities.
2. Data Storage and Data Security
Your personal data will be stored for as long as the data processing purpose is valid. The data will be subject to the legal periods if they are required to be kept for for reporting purposes to inform legal services and public authorities. Security precautions are taken to ensure that stored and recorded data is not lost, captured by unauthorized persons and used unlawfully.
3. Sharing the Data
Your data will not be used out of purpose without your explicit consent and will not be shared with third parties in Turkey or abroad except for legal obligations and with official institutions and organizations. For us to share and process your personal information with Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding companies, within Enerjisa group companies and with the third parties we cooperate and receive service to carry out our activities and to increase our service quality, your voice approval or your written consent on the contract / is required.
4. Rights for the Protection of Personal Data
By applying to Enerjisa / Data Officers as of October 7, 2016 in accordance with the provisions of LPPD, you are entitled to;
• Learn whether your personal data are being processed,
• Request further information if your personal data have been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether your personal data are being processed in accordance with such purpose,
• Learn whether the personal data has been transferred or not, if transferred, learn the third-party recipients to whom your personal data are transferred,
• Request rectification of your personal data that is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth under the regulation,
• Request rectification or erasure or destruction of your personal data from the third persons whom your personal data are transferred,
• Demand compensation for the damages that you have suffered as a result of an unlawful processing operation.

5. Amendments to the Data Privacy Policy
Due to the regulatory amendments, there may be changes in the principles shared here. In case of a change, we will make the necessary announcements on our website and recommend you to visit our website regularly so that you can be informed about them.
