Innovative solutions from employees with the NAR program

Launched in 2015, NAR Intrapreneurship Program continues to encourage in-house entrepreneurship by supporting the innovative ideas of Enerjisa employees. So far, 11 ideas developed have been considered worth the investment and supported as part of the program, and MIOTE, one of these ideas, positioned itself as a successful spin-off that creates a difference in the sector. The NAR Program empowers employees to transform their ideas into actionable ventures, fostering their development into entrepreneurs capable of bringing these ideas to fruition. The program prioritizes projects that can add value to the energy industry by improving the processes, and increasing resource efficiency; thus, employees are encouraged to develop innovative business models.

Open innovation support for entrepreneurs with the IVME program

The IVME Open Innovation Program offers assistance to entrepreneurs focused on creating innovative solutions within the energy industry, with the objective of commercializing and scaling their products and services. Since the beginning of the program, collaborations were established with 30 start-ups to provide financial support for their testing processes. This program not only provides funds for entrepreneurs but also brings start-ups together with Enerjisa’s extensive customer network and sector experiences to accelerate their growth journey. As part of the IVME program, products of several start-ups undergo testing, and assistance is offered during the project design and scaling phases.
