
Enerjisa Enerji trains young talents of the electricity retail industry with the Retail-X

The Company runs the Retail-X Program to support the career development of young talents. Contributing to gaining new talents in the electricity retail industry and to employment in the industry and our country, the Retail-X Program provides support to young talents with career and education opportunities.
Enerjisa Enerji stands out with its Retail-X Program, which the Company launched to support young talents with high potential and encourage them to set out their professional paths in the electricity retail sector. The goal of this comprehensive program is to enable new graduates to get experienced in the business world and maximize their potential via competency, technical and vocational training, mentoring and coaching opportunities.
In order to provide equal opportunities, Enerjisa Enerji can be applied by graduates of all universities and the Company attaches significance to having a balance in genders. As part of the Retail-X program, which was initiated in 2022 and has drawn great interest from young graduates in Türkiye with 11,000 applications in 3 years, 50 people have been recruited so far and 21 of them are women. The Retail-X Program stands out with the 12 awards granted on international platforms considering several criteria evaluated meticulously, including satisfaction, talent acquisition, retention of young talents, loyalty, and work performance.

Differentiating from similar talent acquisition programs in Türkiye, the Retail-X Program, unlike many other MT programs, offers participants to sign a full-time employment contract like other employees of the company, not a time-sensitive contract limited with the duration of the program.
