Having Sabancı Holding and E. ON SE as its main shareholders, Enerjisa Enerji, Turkey’s leading company in electricity distribution and retail, 20% of which is publicly traded, has become the highest award-winning company in Turkey with a total of 21 Stevie Awards, regarded as the Oscars of the business world. The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognizes the world's best companies to work for in terms of people management, human resources and training & development.
Enerjisa Enerji was granted “Employer of the Year - Energy” and “Human Resources Team of the Year” awards and recognized with a total of 21 awards; i.e., 5 gold, 7 silver and 9 bronze awards, with “Technology Development Academy”, “Corporate Retail Academy”, “Retail School”, “VR Acceptance Training”, “Leadership Development Programs”, “PATİKA Development Program”, “AA+ Digital Administrative Affairs”, “Equal Access” and “The Path to the Future” projects, in the 7th Stevie Awards for Great Employers program. With more than 950 applications from 26 countries, the program hosted more than 100 professionals from various specialties worldwide to serve as the jury and the winners were elected by jury scores.
