Enerjisa Enerji Raises Future Leaders Through Its Young Energy Program for 15 Years

Leading the energy transformation in Türkiye by placing sustainability to the core of its business strategy, developing projects with a particular focus on human and technology and carrying out investments, Enerjisa Enerji has successfully completed six terms of its Young Energy program to date. This program, which commenced in 2009, aims to develop robust leaders for the future and has been going on for 15 years.
The sixth term of the Young Energy program commenced its participant election process in December 2022 and accelerated with training sessions in June 2023, offering young talents a distinctive opportunity to explore and realize their potential. Talents under the age of 30, possessing a high proficiency in English and demonstrating leadership potential, engage in the program after undergoing carefully structured assessment procedures. Participants carry their potential to the top through extensive training modules, coaching, and mentorship programs, in addition to other training opportunities, including agile project management, over a period of 1.5 years. Enerjisa Enerji’s Young Energy program stands out as a forward-thinking talent development program, shaping not only the future of the energy sector but also the broader business landscape.

Innovative education methods and support mechanisms

The education process enables participants to discover their strengths by increasing their personal awareness. The initiative enhances the aspirations of emerging talents for the future by addressing both global and local trends, including data-driven approaches, agile methodologies, and sustainability. Participants receive innovative training such as gamification, case analyses, business simulations while they work on strategic projects within agile project management frameworks, all supported by experienced coaches. And mentorship programs facilitate individual development and career advancement of participants. With Young Energy program, Enerjisa Enerji aims to attract talents to the company who are the prospective leaders of the future. Numerous graduates of the program have held managerial positions within Enerjisa and have actively contributed to significant strategic projects. The program is designed in alignment with the strategic objectives of Enerjisa, allowing participants to engage with the company's priorities while enhancing their leadership capabilities. Senior management is actively involved in every phase of the program, and the leadership meetings that address strategic matters provide participants with a distinctive learning environment.

New program term starts in 2025

Training for the new term featuring an enhanced structure are scheduled to commence in 2025. This term is designed to optimize young talents’ potential by enhancing the existing program with the obtained gains. Young Energy remains a source of inspiration and guidance for young professionals as they navigate their leadership paths, simultaneously influencing the future.
