Enerjisa Enerji Prepares Young Talents for the Future with ITalent
Producing projects to contribute to a more sustainable and smart future by centering on people and technology, Enerjisa Enerji offers young talents new opportunities with its projects that shape the future of the energy and technology world. With the ITalent Long-term Young Talent Program launched in 2022, the company aims to attract digital talents to the energy sector while introducing young people to the corporate world and preparing them for the technology world. The program aims to facilitate adaptation of young professionals to business life who desire a career in Information Technologies (IT) field and to support equality of opportunity for women in technology sector, and it continues with its 3rd generation participants as of 2024.
A total of 53 young talents participated in ITalent program up until 2024 and 22 of these consisted of women. The program opens the doors of energy sector for digital talents, especially aiming to increase representation of women in the field of technology. A total of 10 ITalent graduates, including 6 women, among all the participants who graduated from the program up until today were employed in different departments in IT at Enerjisa Enerji. The program attracts more attention every year thanks to the career opportunities and talent development chances. The program received more than 4,500 applications in 2024, which shows that it became a great point of interest for young people to make a good start to their careers.
Extensive Training and Mentorship for Toung Talents
ITalent Program supports its participants to improve themselves in areas such as leadership, project management, problem solving in addition to technical knowledge and skills. Participants work together with the experienced IT teams of Enerjisa and gain experience on real projects while also closely following sectoral developments. Moreover, participants are provided with special training and mentorship support as part of the program and young people are enabled to step into the future world of technology with ITalent.

Supporting women to be represented in technology sector at a higher rate, ITalent Program pioneers in gender equality in the sector. Throughout the program, participants get the chance to improve not only their technical competencies, but also their leadership competencies in business life.
