Enerjisa Enerji Opens Ankara Söğütözü Customer Service Center with a Unique Concept, a First in the Industry

Focusing on human and technology and developing projects to contribute to a smarter and greener world, Enerjisa Enerji, the leading electricity distribution, retail, and customer solutions company in Türkiye, worked with world-renowned conceptual design and digital experience agencies for the ground-breaking new customer service center opened in Söğütözü, Ankara. Customers who will visit the service point to carry out their transactions will also enjoy a brand-new experience by going on a digital journey through the energy tunnel.
Placing sustainability to the core of its strategy and developing projects to contribute to a smarter and greener world with a particular focus on people and technology, Enerjisa Enerji revises and improves all its processes to offer its customers the best end-to-end experience. Enerjisa, which has provided many innovations and ease of access at the service points where customers are contacted face-to-face, renovates the concept of these service centers with a holistic perspective. The company introduces its brand-new concept, which triggers the sense of exploration and curiosity, offers uninterrupted customer experience, and includes many surprises about the journey of energy, to its customers and visitors for the first time at Ankara Söğütözü Customer Services Center.

Reaching over 10 million customers in 14 provinces and serving more than 22 million people with a particular focus on operational excellence, Enerjisa Enerji breaks new ground in its industry and takes innovative steps as a pioneering company. Working with world-renowned concept design and digital experience agencies in the design and implementation phases, Enerjisa Enerji will explain the journey of energy, one of the greatest discoveries in human history, to all its customers with intriguing and interactive contents. Enerjisa designed the Energy Tunnel as an interactive energy museum with the purpose of offering all customers an unforgettable experience with surprising contents that they cannot wait to tell their loved ones. Thus, the Company has strengthened its mission of continuing the journey of a better future and raising awareness of its customers by focusing on sustainability and technology.

Offering a barrier-free customer experience in this center in line with the principle of equal access, Enerjisa Enerji welcomes customers with an information desk at the entrance, new generation kiosks and a digital ticketing application that eases the process of queuing in its renovated concept. While customers are guided and informed via digital screens, Enerjisa Digital Service Center facilitates the procedures that the customers should follow. The modular waiting area, particularly designed for interesting events that can appeal to various target groups, provides comfort to customers.

Whilst Kıvanç Zaimler, President of Sabancı Holding Energy Group, and Murat Pınar, CEO of Enerjisa Enerji, attended the opening ceremony, Ersin Esentürk, Managing Director at Enerjisa Enerji Retail Companies, shared his thoughts about this new experience and service center, which is considered as a milestone in the 'A Better Future' journey of Enerjisa Enerji, and stated, “According to the latest World Energy Outlook 2023 (WEO-2023) report of the International Energy Agency, the major changes experienced in the energy world today will lead to a very different global energy system at the end of this decade. The rapid rise of clean energy technologies such as solar and wind power reshapes everything from factories and vehicles to household appliances and heating systems. We, at Enerjisa, are pioneering our industry in the direction that the world proceeds.

At this point, we, at Enerjisa, sustain our operations with our vision of 'A Better Future', and are proud to launch our smart, clean, agile, living and developing new concept in our Ankara Söğütözü Customer Services Center. Our Customer Services Center will be supplied clean and green energy generated supplied 100 percent by renewable energy resources, while also offering environmentally friendly and sustainability-oriented solutions that directly reflect our company's vision, such as solar-powered waiting units and EV charging stations at outdoor areas. Remarking that they considered the expectations of the customers, i.e., they 'bravely' designed the 'right' project while designing the new concept, Esentürk added, “We analyzed in detail our customers' behavior, demographic structure, service preferences and how they would like to feel when they leave, and we placed a comfortable and fast customer journey to the center of our service center.

Moreover, our customers visiting our Energy Tunnel will be able to observe the impacts of GHG on our world and check real-time statistics regarding how environmentally friendly energy generation from renewable resources is. We consider this journey to be a learning experience that helps us understand climate change, one of the material issues of the era.

We will keep on the path confidently with our new concept and take the next step in Osmaniye, where was affected by the devastating earthquake occurred in Türkiye.
