Enerjisa Enerji initiates digital contracting and invoicing

Carrying out its operations in line with the vision of "A Better Future for All", Enerjisa Enerji, the leading electricity distribution, retail and customer solutions company in Turkey, continues to improve customer experience with the digital solutions offered. Initiating the digital contracting and invoicing processes for the first time in the industry, Enerjisa transferred some of the operations in the retail process to the cloud system.

Pioneering the energy transformation in Turkey by an impact-oriented sustainability approach, Enerjisa Enerji, the leading electricity distribution, retail and customer solutions company in Turkey, continues to improve the experiences of its customers and users, and pioneer the industry. After launching E-ternal, the first registered digital transformation model in the global energy industry, Enerjisa Enerji initiated a Retail via Digital Contract and Digital Invoicing project in the electrical energy retail operations, which is a first in the industry. Contributing to the digital transformation of the industry, Enerjisa Enerji also pioneers the industry with innovative energy solutions via flexible options that the Company offers to consumers.

Carbon emissions of 28 tons avoided via digital contracting

The Digital E.A.S.Y., a retail project via digital contracting, enabled Enerjisa Enerji digitized the energy retail process for its consumers in all regions that the Company serves, besides its active retail channels. Integrating the retail processes with the NFC technology to increase reliability, Enerjisa Enerji enabled the retail contracting process to be initiated via just a text message approval with Digital E.A.S.Y., while also speeding up the retail processes by completely digitizing the archive process, reviewing the contract terms and checking the customer information. Moreover, the share of customer grievances due to the retail process in contracting organizations in the total applications decreased by 43 percent on the average. 85% savings were achieved in operational costs including contract printing, archiving and logistics. The Digital E.A.S.Y. Project, which is a first in the industry, was granted a Gold Sardis in the Sardis Awards in the category of Customer Experience and Interaction, as well as a platinum and a gold award in two separate categories at the International Titan Business Awards. Also launching the digital contracting, Enerjisa Enerji prevented wasting 7 tons of paper and emitting 28 tons of carbon in total.
