
Enejisa Enerji’s customer services center meets residents of Adana with a new concept
Enerjisa Enerji carries its customer satisfaction projects to the future, by centering on people and technology, in line with its vision focused on sustainability. Constantly renovating and transforming its customer services centers in order to offer an excellent experience to its customers from the beginning to the end, the company opened the third of its customer services centers with the new concept in Adana with Çukurova Customer Services Center, following the ones in Ankara and Osmaniye.
An exclusive design for Adana and a customer-oriented service approach
Enerjisa Çukurova Customer Services Center welcomes its guests with details that reflect 100 years of shared cultural heritage of Adana and Sabancı Holding from a contemporary approach. Designed by taking into account the customers’ demographic characteristics, service preferences and the feelings they want to feel when they leave the building, the center was shaped through one-on-one customer interviews.
This modern center, featuring state-of-the-art technology, was inaugurated to meet customer expectations through its thoughtfully designed layout. Adana Çukurova Customer Services Center was equipped with eco-friendly solutions, including 100 percent renewable energy utilization, waiting points powered by solar energy, and electric vehicle charging stations. Furthermore, this center, which was designed based on equal access principle, as in all customer services centers, prioritizes barrier-free customer experience as well.
‘Sabancı’s Steps’ interactive area: A journey from the past to the future
The Enerji Tunnel, started in Ankara as an interactive energy museum concept, continues on in this center as well. Offering a wide perspective, from global-scale energy utilization to individual energy savings, Energy Tunnel enables guests to experience first-hand the negative impacts of greenhouse gas on the climate, the benefits of renewable energy utilization, and methods to use energy efficiently in their homes.
And as an addition specific to Adana, where Sabancı Holding took its first steps, ‘Sabancı’s Steps’ interactive area enables guests to join in the journey of ‘A Better Future’ by following the steps taken in the journey of Sabancı, which started with the first step from Kayseri to Adana in 1925; the industrialization actions taken during the first years of the Republic with the factories built in Adana, the process of conglomeration, the works of Sabancı Foundation, established across Türkiye with a vision of giving back what was gained from these lands to the people of these lands, and the steps taken in renewable energy field with the activities of Enerjisa, established in 1996 with the vision of the Energy of Türkiye, in production, distribution, and retail business branches.
