Customers decided on the new service location of Eşarj: New station opened in Aliağa, Izmir

As the company of the firsts, Eşarj maintains its innovative practices which has improved the customer experience since the company was founded in 2008. As the concrete output of its new project completed in line with this vision, the new fast charging station with a capacity of 180kW was commissioned in Aliağa, Izmir.

Collecting demands from its users through various platforms using a location suggestion form, Eşarj evaluated the suggestions of over 12,000 users. The highest demand among suggestions was for Aliağa location, and this point was also selected in order to meet the increasing EV charging station requirement in Izmir. Therefore, the station established in Aliağa, Izmir came to the fore as an investment which was a directly respond to the requirements of EV drivers as well as being shaped with them.

Live connection to the new station at the energy summit

During the opening ceremony of the new station, a special connection was organized. A live connection was made to the new DC fast charging station in Aliağa, Izmir from the Eşarj booth in the 15th Türkiye Energy Summit held in Istanbul. Giving the opening speech on stage at the summit, Yakup Aydilek, Managing Director of Eşarj, was connected to Eşarj executives at the station and the customers who voted for Aliağa station, accompanied by the participants of the summit from public sector, media, and the business world.
