CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MEASURES OF ENERJISA DURING THE FULL-TIME CURFEW

Enerjisa has undertaken a series of measures to provide uninterrupted electricity service and for its customers to carry out their electricity procedures easily during the full-time curfew period starting on April 29, 2021 and ending on May 17, 2021.

NO SHUT-OFFS DUE TO UNPAID BILLS

As part of the measures taken, energies of residences (homes) and small enterprises will not be shut off during the full-time curfew period.

During the full-time curfew period, bills will be continued to be issued; however, the due date for the bills of residences (homes) and small enterprises will be adjusted to be after the full-time curfew period in order to avoid any inconvenience to our customers.

ALL SERVICE CHANNELS OPEN

During the full-time curfew period, Enerjisa customers will be able to carry out all electricity procedures uninterruptedly and online through Enerjisa Mobile application, online.enerjisa.com.tr and E-Government. Call Centres will be available 24/7; and also, our customer service points will continue to provide service in turns.
