Electricity bill in your mobile!

Faturan Cebinde (Bill in Your Mobile) mobile app of Enerjisa Enerji Retail Company, the one and only application in the industry created by Enerjisa Enerji Operations unit using AI & RPA technologies throughout the meter-to-payment journey, helps customers issue their own electricity bills. The mobile application and the billing system operate in an integrated system, so that customers can scan their own meter indexes numerically with image processing technologies via the mobile application and send them to the database.

Emphasizing that it is important to reduce errors and make data-driven decisions by minimizing the human factor with AI applications, Murat Pınar, CEO at Enerjisa Enerji, stated, “We have integrated AI technologies successfully into the fields of operations of our industry.
