Another Global Award To Enerjisa!

ENERJISA CEO YETIK K. MERT HAS BEEN AWARDED BY EUROFORUM AS “THE BEST ENERGY EXECUTIVE OF THE YEAR”.

Enerjisa CEO Yetik K. Mert has been awarded by one of most respectful global organizations, EUROFORUM, as “The Best Energy Executive of The Year”.

The jury members, who are national and international senior executives of private sector and civil society organizations, awarded Enerjisa CEO, Yetik K. Mert based on the performance of his company, achievements and significant projects that have been implemented under his leadership.

Enerjisa CEO Yetik K. Mert stated: “As Enerjisa, we believe that success can only be achieved along with the best human resources. So, I believe this award is not only an outcome of my personal success but also an achievement of all the hardworking Enerjisa employees. We have recently won two awards in Social and Economic Categories by Council for Sustainable Development thanks to our 2 projects implemented by Enerjisa team. I want to thank to the big Enerjisa team who carried Enerjisa further along with these prestigious awards and build the future with experience and competency.” and accepted the award on behalf of all Enerjisa employees.

Along with Sabanci Holding and E.ON partnership, Enerjisa continues to create difference in energy sector through innovative projects, while aiming to become a regional power.


About Yetik K. Mert:
He graduated from the Middle East Technical University as a mechanical engineer and then received his MBA degree in Finance from the Fairleigh Dickinson University, of NJ, USA.

He has started his professional career in Large Scale Construction Projects in Middle Eastern Countries and continued in Sümertaş Group of Companies where he finally held the vice president position. After holding numerous high level management positions in Ortech, Inc., USA, Çamsan A.Ş. and for Doğan Group of Companies; he joined Sabancı Group in 2003 as Head of Strategic Planning and Business Development and continued his career as General Manager in Enerjisa.

He was the CEO of İSG Uluslararası Havalimanı Yatırım Yapım ve İşletme A.Ş. then joined Başkent Electricity Distribution Company as CEO, in 2008 and assigned as Enerjisa JV CEO in 2011.
