A first in Turkey: 186 Call Center is Now On Mobile!
Through the application that can be reached via mobile devices using IOS and Android operating systems, tickets can be opened regarding breakdowns in 14 cities in Başkent, Ayedaş and Toroslar regions and detailed information may be received for planned outages.
The application that is developed by Enerjisa Information Systems, and will be valid for Asian side of Istanbul, Ankara, Bartın, Kastamonu, Karabük, Zonguldak, Çankırı, Kırıkkale, Adana, Gaziantep, Mersin, Hatay, Kilis and Osmaniye cities; consists of ‘Report Breakdown’, ‘Breakdown Ticket Query’ and ‘Planned Outage Query’ sections.
Through the section under the name of ‘Report Breakdown’, users may register tickets regarding lighting, power outage, breakdown registries and various emergency situations for their registered addresses or their current locations or different addresses. The opened tickets are immediately recorded to the system through the information system and transferred to the field instantly.
In the ‘Breakdown Ticket Query’ section, users are able to check the situation of the tickets they’ve opened.
Through the section named ‘Planned Outage Query’ section, users are notified 72 hours prior to outages that will be performed for maintenance, improvement or renovation.
The application can be reached through mobile devices using IOS and Android operating systems.
