5 New Transaction Centers from Enerjisa
Enerjisa, which has been continuously working to provide high quality and best service to its customers, has opened 5 New Enerjisa Transaction Centers in Ankara.
Enerjisa continues to carry out operations through physical and digital channels to meet the needs of its 9 million customers, to create value for their electricity supply and to provide after sales support. In this context, 5 new Enerjisa Transaction Centers have been opened in Ankara Kızılay, Kahramankazan, Mamak, Keçiören and Çayyolu. Former Vice Prime Minister and Ankara Deputy Emrullah İşler, AK Party Ankara Deputy Orhan Yeğin, CEO of Enerjisa Ziya Erdem, Mayors of Gölbaşı, Mamak, Kahramankazan, Enerjisa Sales General Manager Hüseyin Çağlar, Enerjisa Management Team and local government representatives attended the opening ceremonies of Enerjisa Transaction Centers on 5 July 2018.
At Enerjisa Transaction Centers (EIM), Enerjisa customers are able to perform many transactions at once at a single point. Customers benefit from high quality service and meanwhile save time. Customers who provide the required documents for subscription applications can complete their transactions at Enerjisa Transaction Centers (EIM) quickly and easily. Moreover, they can pay their electricity bills, carry out switch on-off and transportation transactions concerning their electricity subscriptions. In addition to these, customers who pays electricity bill at Enerjisa Transaction Centers (EIM), which provide a wide range of bill payment opportunities, including natural gas, water and mobile phone bills, will not be charged for transaction.
With the expansion of quality services offered at Enerjisa Transaction Centers, it is aimed to provide nearby and more convenient service to the customers. The number of Enerjisa Transaction Centers (EIM) in the Başkent region has reached 16 in total, with the opening of 5 new points since the beginning of 2018. In the regions of operation, the total number of Enerjisa Transaction Centers (EIM) is targeted to reach 85 by the end of July and 105 by the end of the year. Operating to provide innovative products and services to its customers, Enerjisa will continue to increase the network and the quality of service every each day.
Enerjisa Transaction Centers (EIM) provide services from 08:30 to 18:30 on weekdays and from 09:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays.
