Murat Pınar, having graduated from Karadeniz Technical University as an Electrics and Electronics Engineer and took MBA degree from London School of Commerce & University of Wales.
He started his professional career in Siemens where he worked as transmission engineer, transmission product manager and application and integration manager during the years 1998-2006. Later, he undertook the task manager responsible for the field operations and Program Director roles at Nokia Siemens Networks Company in 13 different countries including Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia. Murat Pınar, joined Enerjisa in 2015 and undertook different executive positions within Enerjisa distribution companies - Başkent, Ayedaş and Toroslar- which are operating in 14 cities and serving over 9 million customers and 21 million population. He led the integration, growth and development phases of Enerjisa distribution companies especially leading operational excellence, business development and investment processes through contributing to restructuring of the market dynamics.
Mr. Pınar was appointed as the General Manager of Enerjisa distribution companies in 2015 and as the President of Enerjisa Enerji Distribution Business Unit in 2016. He serves as the Enerjisa Enerji CEO since November 1, 2019. Mr. Pınar also serves as Board Member of ELDER (Association of Electricity Distribution Companies), E-MOD (The Association of Emobility Operators) Chairman and EUROGIA Chairman.
Dr. Philipp Ulbrich holds a master degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Accounting / Controlling from Eichstätt-Ingolstadt University, Germany.
He worked for E.ON since 2006 in various international positions, amongst them as Head of Finance for the French activities between 2009 and 2013, as Head of the Global Venture team between 2016 and 2019 and as program leader for the group-wide Working Capital Optimization (2014 to 2015) and the ERP-transformation to S4HANA between late 2019 and early 2021.
In his most recent position before joining Enerjisa Enerji as CFO in June 2023, he was responsible for Finance across E.ON's Digital activities for two years.
Oğuzhan Özsürekci completed his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University and obtained his master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Gazi University.
He started his career at Barmek Holding in 2002. In 2003, he joined Baskent Electricity Distribution Inc. as an engineer. Between the years 2003-2013, he held various managerial positions at Baskent Electricity Distribution Inc. In the years 2013-2019, he succesfully served as the Director of Customer Operations and Director of Field Operations and since November 2019, he has been serving as the Group Director of Field Operations at Enerjisa Distrubition Companies.
Following his role as the General Manager of Energy Distributions Business Unit at Enerjisa since 2022, he leads a team of 11,000 people aiming to provide quality and continuous energy to more than 21 million people in 14 different cities.
Ersin Esentürk completed his bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Middle East Technical University and his master's degree in Business Administration at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Since 2020, Ersin Esentürk has been serving as the General Manager of Enerjisa Retail Sales Companies. Starting his career in 2000 at Dışbank, he held various roles in sales and business development at Toyota Turkey Marketing and Sales Inc. and General Motors - Opel. Joining Enerjisa in 2009, he played a significant role in leading sales functions in individual and corporate channels, contributing to customer experience and energy industry development in the retail business unit. Managing an electricity sales operation reaching 9 million customers in 14 provinces within Enerjisa, he also played a crucial role in the establishment and sustainability of investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Mr. Esentürk is a board member of the Women in Technology Association, contributing to sustainable development by ensuring equal opportunities in science and technology. He leads important projects contributing to sustainable development and equal opportunities.
Devrim Yıldırım graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering in 1994. He completed Telecommunications Engineering master degree program in 1997.
He started his career in 1995 as a R&D Engineer at EDS Electronics. He worked as a R&D Assistant at Yıldız Technical University between 1996 and 1997, as a R&D Engineer at EPKOD from 1997 to 1998, as a Senior Network Strategies
Specialist at Turkcell between 1999 and 2001. He held the positions of Software Development Manager, VAS and Service Enabling Platforms Manager, and Technical Product Development and VAS Solutions Director at AVEA from 2001 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, he served at Ericsson as Head of the TV Sub- Division and Head of the Software Customization Center, overseeing the Middle East and Africa region. Since 2015 to the present, he held the following positions at Vodafone as IT Enterprise Architecture and Governance Senior Manager, IT Solutions Senior Manager, Head of Digital Engineering at Vodafone Turkey, Global Head of Mobile Application Engineering at Vodafone Global, CIO and Digital Transformation Leader at Vodafone Portugal.
Ebru Taşcıoğlu completed her undergraduate degree at Ankara University, Faculty of Educational Sciences. She held various human resources positions in different fields in the private sector between 1999-2010. In 2010, Taşcıoğlu joined Enerjisa and worked as a manager in labor relations and human resources at Enerjisa Distribution and Enerjisa Retail Sales Companies. Prior to her current role, Taşcıoğlu worked as Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Director at Enerjisa Retail Companies and then she procedeed to work at Enerjisa Distribution Companies. Since September 2021, she has been working as the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Capabilities Department, responsible for sustainability, communication, customer relations and Occupational Health, Safety and Environment activities and reporting. She has graduated from the INSEAD Gender Diversity Program and YALE School of Management-Women on Boards programs. Since 2022, she has also been the Chair of the following committees Sustainability Executive Committee, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Committee and she has been leading as the Diversity and Inclusion Officer of Enerjisa.
Berrin Yılmaz graduated from the Business Administration Department of Middle East Technical University and completed her MBA at Bilkent University. She has also attended leadership, change management, and coaching programs at some of the world’s most prestigious institutions, including London Business School, Ashridge Business School, and Stanford University.
Starting her career in the field of human resources, Yılmaz has held leadership roles across various sectors in Türkiye and abroad. Between 2017–2018, she served as Human Resources Director at Sabancı Holding; from 2018 to 2022, as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Akçansa; and since 2022, as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Sabancı University. Throughout these roles, she has played an active role in shaping human resources strategies, leading cultural transformation initiatives, driving digitalization, and implementing projects focused on the evolving dynamics of the future workforce.
As of November 1, 2025, Berrin Yılmaz has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Enerjisa Enerji.

Yakup Aydilek graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Middle East Technical University in 2005 and completed his master's degree at Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
He started his professional career at Deloitte in 2005 and worked as a Senior Auditor from 2005 to 2009, and later worked as a Financial Controller at CAF from 2009 to 2010.
Yakup Aydilek joined the Enerjisa Enerji in 2010 and played a role in Enerjisa Enerji's privatization processes, critical projects such as the acquisition of new electricity distribution regions, system transitions and the company's operational excellence efforts. Yakup Aydilek has spent 15 years of his 20-year career at Enerjisa Enerji, leading different functions and teams within the Retail business unit.
In addition to his position as the Head of People and Culture Department, which he has held since 2021, Aydilek was appointed as the General Manager of Eşarj, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enerjisa Enerji, as of February 1, 2025.
Yakup Aydilek, who is a member of the Board of Directors of GYİAD (Young Executives and Business People Association), works on pioneering policies and strategies for the development of the sector and society as the Co-Chairman of the Digital Working Group within the association. Aydilek, who is also a member of the Audit Committee of the YenidenBiz Association, actively contributes to the association's vision of promoting diversity, flexibility, and efficiency in the workplace by supporting the reintegration of women who have taken a break from their careers. He serves as the Chair of the Technology Committee within the association.
