I made an instalment plan for my debt; can I sign a contract again?

Our customers whose contracts have been terminated due to their debts may sign a contract again if their instalment request is approved and if they made the advance payment after the protocol has been drawn. However, their contracts will be terminated again without notification in case they do not pay their instalments.
