Please apply to the cantracted banks with your contract account number in order to give an automatic payment order. You can find your Contract Account Number on your electricity bill, or call our Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 for support

You can find more information on contracted banks here. Your automatic payment order is activated in the following business day once you apply. Therefore, we kindly recommend you to check your first bill to be paid after the order.
