I paid my execution debt but an execution record still appears on e-Government. How can I get this record erased?

After payment is made for the execution file, UYAP registry on E-Government will automatically change following the closing of the file by the relevant Execution Department / Directorate. Our Company cannot intervene in this system; in case of any delay, you can obtain a letter from the relevant Execution Directorate indicating that the file is closed and you can submit this letter to the relevant organisations / institutions.
