If my meter is determined to be faulty as a result of the laboratory examination, how would the billing method be for the faulty period?
If there are any previous consumption figures for the consumer which have been measured correctly for the same period as the faulty period, these consumption figures would be taken into account. If there are not any previous consumption figures, calculation would be made by taking into account the daily average consumption figures of the first two consumption periods, based on the payment notification following the meter replacement date. Calculation is done over the faulty period unit prices.
