The consumption up to the low consumption tier limit shall be calculated based on the Low Consumption Tier Unit Price determined by EMRA for your subscriber group, and the consumption exceeding the low consumption tier limit shall be calculated considering the High Consumption Tier Unit Price determined for your subscriber group.
Here is an example for the calculation of Residential subscriber group:
Total consumption on the invoice: 270 kWh
Number of index reading days: 30 days
Average daily consumption: 270 kWh/30 days = 9 kWh/days
Here, the average consumption is 9 kWh/day; and, since the daily average consumption is over 8 kWh/day, both low and high consumption tier calculations shall be included in the invoice.
Low consumption tier electricity price:
30 index reading days * 8 kWh (Daily Average Consumption Limit) = 240 kWh
240 kWh * 1.1241 TL cents/kWh (Low Consumption Tier Unit Price) = 269.784 TL
High consumption tier electricity price:
270 kWh (Total Consumption) – 240 (Consumption Considered for Low Consumption Tier) = 30 kWh
30 kWh * 1.6783 TL cents/kWh (High Consumption Tier Unit Price) = 50.35 TL
Total electricity consumption price in the invoice:
269.784 TL (Low Consumption Tier Price) + 50.35 TL (High Consumption Tier Price) = 320.13 TL*

Here is an example for the calculation of Commercial subscriber group:
Total consumption on the invoice: 990 kWh
Number of index reading days: 30 days
Average daily consumption: 990 kWh/30 days = 33 kWh/days
Here, the average consumption is 33 kWh/day; and, since the daily average consumption is over 30 kWh/day, both low and high consumption tier calculations shall be included in the invoice.
Low consumption tier electricity price:
30 index reading days * 30 kWh (Daily Average Consumption Limit) = 900 kWh
900 kWh * 1.6743 TL cents/kWh (Low Consumption Tier Unit Price) = 1,506.87 TL
High consumption tier electricity price:
990 kWh (Total Consumption) – 900 (Consumption Considered for Low Consumption Tier) = 90 kWh
90 kWh * 2.2270 TL cents/kWh (High Consumption Tier Unit Price) = 200.43 TL
Total electricity consumption price in the invoice:
1,506.87 TL (Low Consumption Tier Price) + 200.43 TL (High Consumption Tier Price) = 1707.3 TL*
