If you were not an existing Enerjisa customer, you can become one by clicking on the «Sign Up» button in the customer login section on home page and completing the following steps in the "I Want to Become an Enerjisa Customer" section from the pop-up screen.

Step 1: Click «continue» button at the bottom of "Points to take into consideration in becoming an Enerjisa customer".

Step 2: After reading the agreements and checking the boxes, click on «continue» button.

Step 3: After filling in your personal information, click on "continue" button.

Step 4: After uploading your ID selfie, click the "continue" button. For more information about how to upload your documents, click here.

Step 5: After filling in the verification code you received on your phone in the SMS verification step, click on «continue» button.

Step 6: You will see the result page stating that your subscription process was successfully completed and presenting your customer number; then, your signing up step will be completed.

If you have already completed a process at Enerjisa you may already be an Enerjisa customer. Then, in such a case, the process will not be completed, and you will see a prompt in the Member Information step stating, ‘You Are Already an Enerjisa Customer, Create an Online Membership.’ You can complete your process by signing up for membership.
