I learned that I can choose my electricity supplier. How should I apply?

If your total consumption for previous calendar year or within the current year is 1000 kWh and above (if your monthly bill amount for 2023 is 145 TL* and above on average including VAT) you you have the right to become an Eligible Consumer.

Eligible Consumers can sign bilateral agreements for electricity supply by applying to suppliers who provide this service. Please call our Call Centre on 444 4 372 for your applications. Submit your free consumer applications via the Online Service Center or the Enerjisa Mobile application.

*This amount is specified as an estimate based on the average consumption figures of a residential user. Bill amount corresponding to the consumption of 1000 kWh may differ depending on the type of consumer.
