Why was my electricity service shut off?
Your electricity service may have been shut off due to your unpaid and overdue debts. If your service got shut off, please check your payment history through Enerjisa Online Services Centre or Enerjisa Mobile app to make sure that all your overdue debts have been paid. For inquiries regarding your debts that caused the electricity service to get shut off, please call Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 or visit the nearest service point. Furthermore, you can also check your payment status of your past bills on E-Government. If you think your electricity service was not shut off due to debts, please contact the related distribution company in your area through Distribution Call Centre on 186 and get further information about your problem.
