My bill is not delivered. What could be the reason? What can I do?

There may be a few reasons why your bill is not delivered:

1.Your meter may have not been read yet and thus your bill may have not been produced. In such a case, please apply to our nearest service point or call Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372 to make a meter reading request; you can also request your bill to be produced by informing about the latest consumption figures on your meter.

2.Your meter may be located at a position where meter reading personnel cannot reach. In such a case, please contact the related distribution company in your area through our Distribution Call Centre on 186 and convey your request to move your meter to a different location where it could be read.

3.Your meter may be out of order. Please contact the related distribution company in your area through Distribution Call Centre at 186 in order to have your meter checked and replaced.

4.If you have given consent for an e-archive bill, your bill may have been delivered in digital environment such as text message or e-mail. Please check your text messages or e-mails, including your spam folder.

If you think there is another problem, please contact us through our Enerjisa Call Centre on 444 4 372.
