Subscription is in my name; however, the consumption belongs to my tenant. They have not paid their bills, what should I do?
Your tenant's consumption of electricity without transferring the subscription to their name is defined as 'Illegal Use'. In such a case, all legal liability belongs to the holder of subscription. If the subscription is in your name at your current location of use, your tenant is absolutely required to transfer the subscription to their name before moving in the location of use. According to the regulation, it will be enough for your tenant to bring the tenancy contract to our service points and the subscription in your name will directly be transferred to your tenant's name without you having to visit our service points.
Geri Bildiriminiz Gönderildi.
Teşekkürler.
