My meter is faulty, what should I do?

For faulty meters, our subscribers shall personally visit our service points and submit a petition with their wet signatures on. In case your meter is determined to be not faulty as a result of your application, the examination fee will be reflected on the bill. This procedure is based on EMRA regulation dated February 1, 2017.
